Isobe Hot Spring

Isobe Onsen is the birthplace of the hot spring symbol known to everyone.

It is open along the clear stream of Usui River, where you can enjoy to see Mt. Myougi.

It has been crowded for a long time with travelers coming and going on the Nakasendo and hot spring tourists from nearby areas.

Many writers and artists visited Isobe for a refreshing break from the city’s mundane life, and literary monuments have been left behind.
