Prefectural Forest Park Sakura no Sato

Gunma Prefectural Forest Park Sakura no Sato has entered cherry blossom season.
From early to late April, visitors can enjoy approximately 4,000 cherry blossoms of about 45 varieties.
We invite you to visit the park during this time and experience the beauty of the cherry blossoms.

On Saturday, April 6th, we will be hosting a tourism PR event called the ‘Ohanami Marche’.
In addition to tourism promotion, there will be free matcha tea service by Shimonita Town Tea Ceremony Association and souvenir sales.

Cherry blossom status is posted on the official Instgram and official X (formerly Twitter) of the Shimonita Tourist Association.
Opening hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
*Opening hours from April 1 to May 10 are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
